Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
- Orders received by 12:00 noon are processed the same day, Monday-Friday. Orders received later than this time are processed the following day.
- Our standard shipping carrier is USPS, however we also offer FedEx expedited shipping
- Since we offer both standard and expedited shipping options, shipping times will vary by selection, these options range between 1-5 days.
We offer no hassle returns and exchanges within 30 days. If you don’t like it, just send it back! If you want a different colored stone or metal, that is not a problem. We want you to wear your jewelry and love it. We want you to feel as good about your jewelry as you do about us. We see you as our BFF, our mom and our sister. We treat you the way we would like to be treated! Refunds will be distributed once we take inventory of the returned items on either the same business day, or the business day following its arrival to us.
Exchanges are processed like returns. Any difference in the purchase amount will be charged or credited accordingly. If the item exchanged for is less expensive than the original item, we will issue a return to the credit card used to make the purchase. If the item exchanged for is more expensive than the original item, we will need to charge your card for the difference over the phone as we do not save credit card numbers. Once the exchanged item is received, any difference will be refunded or charged. The new item will be made if it is not in stock and we’ll ship the new item as soon as possible. Please note, express shipping fees are non-refundable on exchange items.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
- Contact us letting us know the order # and item(s) you would like to return or exchange. In case of an exchange, please specify the item(s) you are exchanging for and also your phone #.
- We process the request and authorize the return.
- Package the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in the same packaging you received them in, if possible, or in your own envelope.
- Attach the prepaid USPS label. If you lost it, please let us know and we’ll email you a new one.
- Pop the package in your mailbox for your carrier or drop the package at your local post office.
- Once we’ll receive your return items, we will issue the refund or exchange the item(s)
